Assisted Orders Overview
If you've selected a channel from the left navigation panel, all orders that the channel has assisted within the date range specified in the top right will be displayed.
Each order will show a small icon to indicate which channel was attributed with the order, and will show the contribution of the specific channel you have selected from the left navigation panel.
If no channel is selected, a complete summary of your orders for the selected period will be shown, without any attribution or contribution information.
When viewing orders we display margin rather than profit. This is because advertising costs cannot be calculated for an individual order. Without all the associated costs, we can't calculate the exact profit.
AdCurve uses your shop order IDs. and you can search using the order ID, or search for up to 20 orders at a time by separating the order IDs with commas.
Clicking on an individual order will bring you to the order details page, where you can see a more detailed breakdown of of the order figures, as well as a visual representation of the Customer Journey, and any customer touch-points.
In this example my shop has received an order for a PlayStation, the AdCurve Contribution Algorithm has attributed the order to Bing. I can also see a number of touch-points along the customer journey, with assists from Google Shopping, Google Adwords, and organic traffic.
